Privacy Request

Manage your personal information or submit a privacy request related to your Resumás account.

Use this form to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data associated with Resumás.

To permanently delete your Resumás account and associated account data, select Delete my Resumás account and associated data below.

Account details

Provide the email address used to create your account. Do not include your password, Social Security number, government ID number, payment-card number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

What happens when you delete your account

Account deletion permanently removes access to your Resumás profile and account content, including saved resumes, career information, job-search records, saved jobs, applications, and account-scoped AI inputs and outputs.

Resumás may retain limited records only when necessary for tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, legal-compliance, or legal-claim purposes. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.

Subscription reminder

Deleting your Resumás account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage an active mobile subscription through Apple or Google Play before submitting this request if you do not want future renewal charges.

Request details

Identity verification

To protect your information, we may send a verification link or code to the account email address before completing your request. We will never ask for your password, payment-card number, Social Security number, or government ID number for a standard privacy request.

Authorized agent details

We may ask the account holder to verify identity directly or confirm that they authorized this request.

Confirmation

Resumás uses information submitted through this form only to verify, process, respond to, and document this privacy request. Review the Privacy Policy and California Privacy Policy.
